At Big Borch Player 1, all our products are made to order using print-on-demand production.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size, color choice, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we do offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

✅ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To process your request, please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

• Incorrect size selected by the customer

• Incorrect shipping address provided

• Orders placed by mistake

• Normal wear and tear

📦 Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate the issue with the shipping provider and offer a solution if applicable.
